I'm really sorry I don't know much of Kashubian even though I can catch some words when I read it (my wife is Ukrainian and I can speak and read some of it!). My name is Claudi Balaguer, I'm a member of a Catalan association "Amical de la Viquipèdia" which is trying to become a Chapter but has seen its demand rejected because it doesn't belong to a/one state! I thought you could help me begin a support campaign here just as I've already done in other Wikipedias.
