  • oficjalne dokumenty organów państwowych i organów samorządu lokalnego, w tym lokalnych przepisów, innych tekstów prawnych, orzeczeń sądowych, innych materiałów o charakterze legislacyjnym, administracyjnym i sądowym, oficjalne dokumenty organizacji międzynarodowych, a także ich tłumaczenia oficjalne;
  • symbole państwowe i znaki (flagi, herby, ordery, banknoty i tym podobne), a także symbole i znaki jednostek samorządowych;
  • dzieła sztuki ludowej (folklor), które nie mają konkretnych autorów;
  • doniesienia na temat wydarzeń i faktów, które mają wyłącznie charakter informacyjny (wiadomości, programy telewizyjne, harmonogramy transportu i tym podobne).

Komentarz – Zgodnie z międzypaństwowym i międzynarodowym konsensusem Federacja Rosyjska jest prawnym następcą Rosyjskiej Federacyjnej Socjalistycznej Republiki Radzieckiej i Związku Socjalistycznych Republik Radzieckich, dlatego ta licencja ma zastosowanie również do oficjalnych symboli i formalnych dokumentów z RFSRR i ZSRR (poziom wspólnotowy[1]).

Uwaga – Ta licencja nie może być stosowana do projektów oficjalnych symboli i dokumentów, które mogą być chronione prawami autorskimi.
